14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. For returns not due to quality issues, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received, with all tags intact
  • In its original packaging
  • With a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Returns must be sent to the address designated by the seller. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping Costs

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
