This silicon nitride-bonded silicon carbide kiln partition is a popular choice for large reduced-gas kilns and is also suitable for pre-fired electric kilns and soda firing. Compared to similar shelves on the market, this product is lighter and stronger, and will not deform after multiple high-temperature firings, making it the preferred equipment for ceramic studios and large industrial kilns.


Product Overview

This NSiC silicon nitride-bonded silicon carbide kiln partition is a popular choice for large reduced-gas kilns and is also suitable for front-fired electric kilns and soda firing. Compared to similar silicon carbide shelves on the market, this product is lighter and stronger , and will not deform after multiple high-temperature firings. Two partitions can be aligned and spliced to form a continuous and flat firing surface.

The product utilizes an advanced NSiC silicon nitride-bonded silicon carbide structure and belongs to our exclusive Starny series of kiln furniture. It is specifically designed to save space, increase production capacity, and reduce carbon footprint .

Our high-end ceramic kiln furniture is mainly composed of silicon nitride-bonded silicon carbide (NSiC) , which can withstand working temperatures up to 2600°F , making it the preferred high-temperature kiln partition equipment for ceramic studios and large industrial kilns.

The kiln plate is 19 times stronger than a traditional silicon carbide frame or a 1-inch thick Cordillera frame, yet 50% lighter.
