Compared to similar silicon carbide shelves on the market, this product is lighter and stronger , and will not deform after multiple high-temperature firings. Two partitions can be aligned and spliced to form a continuous and flat firing surface.

Our high-end ceramic kiln furniture is mainly composed of silicon nitride-bonded silicon carbide (NSiC) , which can withstand working temperatures up to 2600°F , making it the preferred high-temperature kiln partition equipment for ceramic studios and large industrial kilns.
The kiln plate is 19 times stronger than a traditional silicon carbide frame or a 1-inch thick Cordillera frame, yet 50% lighter.
